Restaurateurs de France

"Restaurateurs de France" is the only State recognised official label for independent restaurants.
Created by the restaurateurs themselves, it expresses a professional will to improve every establishment and, further, to have the quality of the most professional restaurateurs acknowledged.

Each "Restaurateur de France" is committed to being objectively controlled and to providing himself with the means by which to put things into perspective and make improvements.

The "admission audit"

Carried out by an independent, recognised body, the audit checks on the services provided by the establishment and a certificate is issued.
The admission audit uses 300 points to check  on the restaurant's services, from its surroundings to the heart of the kitchen, not forgetting the meal served and the service.

Training
The restaurateur commits to participating actively, every year, in professional in-service training courses related to his profession and its environment.
